It's now a thriving artificial reef, draped in corals and teeming with marine life. I spotted giant groupers peeking from the hull, and lionfish patrolling the superstructure. That feeling of gliding next to this giant, silent vessel is indescribable—eerie, beautiful, and humbling all at once. It truly is a piece of history under the water.

If you're a certified diver coming to Con Dao and looking for something more the standard reef, I cannot urge you this **dive** highly enough. It was the absolute highlight of my diving trip.
